How do you track my parking reservation?
Your parking reservation is tracked using your vehicle license plate number.
When you make your reservation, make sure to enter your license plate number as displayed on the back of your vehicle.
If you need to change vehicles, make sure to change the license plate number on your reservation before arriving. You can change it by signing in to premiumparking.com, clicking Reservations, clicking Edit at the top right of your reservation, entering your new license plate number, then clicking SAVE.

Do you guarantee a reserved space?
Parking reservations do not guarantee a parking space as all parking spaces are first-come, first-served.
Parking reservations guarantee that you pay for the price of parking at the current time of purchase instead of a potentially increased rate during events or holidays.
If you made a reservation and cannot find a parking space upon arrival, you may contact Premium Parking’s Customer Support Team at 1-844-236-2011 for assistance. If we are unable to find suitable alternative parking at a nearby lot or garage, Premium Parking will issue a full refund for your parking reservation.
How do I add time to my reservation?
Once a reservation has been purchased, you are unable to modify the duration. But you can purchase an additional reservation that begins at the time your previous reservation ends. You can do so by following the same steps you took to purchase your reservation, such as using the Premium Parking app or website. If you need help purchasing an additional reservation, please contact Premium Parking’s Customer Support at 1-844-236-2011 for assistance.
How do I cancel my reservation?
To cancel your reservation:
- Navigate to premiumparking.com and sign into your profile.
- Click Reservations.
- Click Cancel.
- Confirm that you want to cancel your reservation. Your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment.

Please note that cancellation of reservation is subject to a processing fee based on when you cancel.

Refunds are typically visible on statements after 3-5 business days.
What if I don’t arrive at the time I selected or am running late?
We understand that there are many things that may change the timeline of your trip when traveling by car.
- You may enter at any time after the start time listed on your reservation and you may depart at any time prior to the end time listed on your reservation.
- For example, if your reservation goes from 7AM to 7PM, you can enter and leave anytime between 7AM and 7PM.
The only thing you CANNOT do is park outside of the time you've selected. The extra time must be purchased to avoid any penalty fees.
Mobile Cruise Terminal Parking Info
To make your parking experience as smooth as possible, we have provided some important information for you to know before you arrive.
All rates for reservation parking are a set price based on the duration of each cruise.
Please note that the height limit in the garage is 7 feet tall. Any vehicle that is taller than 7 feet or longer than 16 feet long will be redirected to the offsite parking area.
Pay in Advance
To avoid long lines, we recommend that you pay for your parking in advance. All cruise parking fees must be paid in full prior to boarding the ship. Your license plate number in our system is your proof of payment. To pre-pay online, please visit the Mobile Alabama Cruise Terminal reservation page and have your license plate number ready.
- Visit the Mobile Alabama Cruise Terminal Reservation page.
- Scroll down to the Upcoming Events section and search for the date of your cruise. If you cannot find your cruise date, don’t worry. Click the “OTHER MONTHS” link on the right and select the month that matches your cruise date.
- Click “PURCHASE PARKING” on the date of your cruise.
- Read the Information and Payment Details carefully as these will be your instructions for parking upon arrival and departure.
- Make sure you are signed into your Premium Parking profile using your email address, mobile phone number, or with your Google Account.
- The reservation time and date will be automatically populated for you. Simply enter your vehicle license plate as it appears on the rear of your vehicle and your credit card or debit card details.
- Confirm all your details are correct. Once you are satisfied, click the PAY button to complete the transaction. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation via email.
Note
- Your parking validation is verified using your vehicle license plate. Please make sure to enter the license plate number as displayed on the rear of the vehicle you are planning to park at the Mobile Alabama Cruise Terminal.
- If you need to change the license plate number in your reservation, such as when you change vehicles, you may do so by signing into your Premium Parking profile on premiumparking.com, click Edit at the top right, change your license plate number, then click SAVE.
On-Site Payment Options
If you prefer to pay on-site, we offer several options for your convenience. Simply have your license plate number ready (take a picture of it if you need to) and choose from the following:
Pay Machine
Pay machines are located at the elevator lobbies on each floor and at the offsite lot. Cash payment is available at all kiosks, but the kiosks do not accept bills larger than $50.00 and exact payment is required. The pay machines do not provide change or refunds. If you need a refund (such as for change), please request for a refund ticket from the machine and place a refund request online at https://www.premiumparking.com/request-a-refund.

Parking Procedures
Upon Arrival
When you arrive, turn right onto Eslava Street and a police officer will direct you into the garage. A stevedore will help you unload and tag your luggage and send it to the ship. Please make sure you always have your documents with you - not in your luggage. You will not be allowed into your cabin until 1:30 p.m., so please allow the stevedores to take anything you do not want to carry around the ship with you. Please note that the gates for embarkment do not open until 10:00 AM. Customers are welcome to line up on Old Water Street until these gates open.
You will then be directed to the garage ramp. Remember to pay for parking before boarding the ship. Park and then walk to the glass doors at the north side of the garage (opposite end of where you enter the terminal). Come down the elevator/stairs to the lobby where you will then show your documentation to the employees at the door. Afterwards, you will be directed to the screening area and to the check-in area.
Please note that reservations are not guaranteed. If you arrive at the time of your reservation and no space is available, please contact us at 844.236.2011 or support@premiumparking.com, and we will make commercially reasonable efforts to re-accommodate you.
Departure
If your cruise is running late, don’t worry! Your vehicle is still valid to park. But please note:
- Once the cruise docks, you have one hour to vacate your vehicle from the parking lot or garage. This is to allow the next group of cruisers to park their vehicles.
- Any vehicle still on the lot after one hour of the cruise docking may be subject to compliance, including but not limited to invoicing or booting.
