STAR Spaces

STAR Spaces are here for the ultimate convenience. Located at the prime real estate of their lots, STAR Spaces make life easier. No circling a garage or parking lot. The front row space is waiting for you. Just the space you need to go and do.

 

These spaces have a special rate on the app, webpage and pay machine. You must select this rate to utilize the space.

 

Mobile App

  1. Open Premium Parking App.
  2. Locate desired parking location.
  3. Click "Pay for a Star Space."
  4. Select number of hours.
  5. Add/Select vehicle license plate.
    • If your vehicle does not have a license plate you may input the first three letters of the make and first three letters of the color.
    • Example: Honda Red - HONRED
  6. Add payment method.
  7. Review Terms of Purchase and click "Pay."

 

 

 

Website

  1. Open www.premiumparking.com.
  2. Locate desired parking location.
  3. Click "Pay to Park Now (Star Space)."
  4. Select number of hours with STAR in front.
  5. Click "View Rate."
  6. Add your vehicle information and payment details.
  7. Review Terms of Purchase and click "Pay Now."

EV Charging Spaces

EV Charging spaces are specifically for electric vehicles to allow them to charge while parked. While EV Spaces are available at select Premium Parking locations, you must pay for use of the EV Charging Space.

 

You may pay for the EV Charging Space by purchasing your parking through premiumparking.com, the Premium Parking app, TextPay, CameraPay, or use the on-site pay machine if it is available. Make sure to select the “EV” rate to be valid to park in the EV Charging Space.

Note

Some locations may have signage limiting the duration an EV may park at an EV Charging Space. In addition, the location may require any EV that is not connected and actively charging to vacate the space to allow for other patrons to use the charger. Failure to abide by the posted policies may result in compliance invoicing.

 

Reserved Parking Spaces

Select Premium Parking locations offer reserved parking spaces. For an additional fee you may reserve a assigned parking space with your name or initials.

 

To request for a reserved parking space, please send an email to support@premiumparking.com with the following information.

 

  • Subject: Reserved Parking Space Request
  • Your Name
  • Contact Information (Email address & Phone Number)
  • Location Number & Address of your desired parking (e.g. P376 - Pan Am - 443 Camp Street, New Orleans, LA 70130)

Once your request is received by local management, they will provide you with details about the reserved parking including fees and requirements. If approved, you will receive a dedicated sign or plaque that designates your parking space at the parking location.
