If the incident is in regarding a Valet Location you must report the incident to the location manager and allow the necessary time for review. An agent will be in contact with you once the full investigation has taken place. The most up to date information can be obtained from the location manager.
Self Park Facility
If the incident is regarding a self park facility, unfortunately unattended locations are not eligible to file damage claims. Please contact your insurance company to assist with any damages encountered; if you are requesting camera footage, please contact the local police department to have them request from Premium Parking. Not all locations have cameras but if they are available local authorities must request access, as we are unable to provide to individual parkers.
