Terms of Purchase - Business Accounts

Renewal/Cancellation:  Monthly subscriptions auto renew each month on the same day in which it begins (i.e. A subscription beginning on 5/3 would renew on 6/3, 7/3, etc.). A subscription may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, the future subscription renewals will stop, but the parker will still have full use of their subscription until the end of that term period. There are no refunds/adjustments once a subscription is purchased or renewed. 

Invoicing: Invoices are generally generated on the 1st of the month and business account managers will receive an email notification. Each invoice will include all parking transactions started between the 1st and the 31st of the month prior. (All parkers added during the month of January, will be included on the February 1st invoice) Accounts with automatic payments (Credit/Debit Card or ACH draft) via PAM (Premium Account Manager) will be processed immediately. If no payment method is on file or the payment method is declined the business account manager will be notified by email of the account status, and will be able to process an alternate payment through the end of the business day. Failure to process an alternate payment will result in temporary account deactivation and removal of parker information in the enforcement system. At this time, all parkers will be to subject to enforcement including citations or immobilization. Additionally, on the 2nd of the month, a late fee of $25.00 per parker will be assessed to your parking account. The account will remain temporarily locked until payment has been applied to account.

If your company has been pre-approved for invoicing (check or ACH deposit at a later date), invoices are generated on the 1st of the month and will be due within 15 days (number of days may differ depending on pre-approval). On the day following the due date, late fees will be applied and the account will be temporarily deactivated. Additionally, all parker vehicle information will be removed from the enforcement system and a late fee of $25.00 per parker will be assessed to the parking account. . During this time parkers will be at risk for enforcement. The account will remain in this status until payment has been applied to account.

*Note: during any deactivation period, if vehicles are immobilized there will be a fee for removal that is due from the parker.

Payment: If you choose to pay by check, you agree to have your payment into our office prior to the due date to allow for processing. Premium Parking accepts no responsibility for late payments due to mail processing or delivery. You have the ability to use PAM online at www.premiumparking.com to process payments. You will receive notification prior to account deactivation for late payments. In the event your payment has not been processed, you should process a electronic payment for instant application. ACH payments are free to process. Credit Card payments are subject to a processing fee up to 2.5% of charge. Check payments require a $25.00 per month processing fee. Returned payments are subject to a $35.00 NSF fee. You will be responsible under your Terms of Purchase to pay all amounts due under you business account on or before the date they are due, and Premium Parking may seek all remedies available to it under the these terms or applicable law if you fail to pay such amounts when due for any reason. It is your sole responsibility to pay your Account on time to avoid parker deactivation, citations, immobilization of parkers, late fees, collection activities or suspension of parking privileges. Premium Parking is not liable for your failure to pay your Account on time for any reason including, without limitation, due to interruption or unavailability of the corporate office or the website online payment system.

You represent and warrant to Premium Parking that you are the owner or the authorized agent for the owner of the bank account or credit/debit card used in each transaction and that debits and charges made in accordance with these Terms will not be disputed. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are entering valid bank account or credit/debit card information as your payment source. If you have scheduled recurring payments and (1) your payment source changes for any reason or (2) you desire to change or delete the bank account or credit/debit card information used as your payment source or (3) you desire to stop recurring payments, you must promptly notify Premium Parking of those changes by either using the applicable edit functions available on PAM or contacting Premium Parking at support@premiumparking.com. Your online PAM account payments will continue to be processed against your payment source until that information is changed as provided herein.

Credential: Each parker's validation, or ‘parking pass’, is their license plate numberIf, for any reason, you need to change the license plate/car associated with the account, the parker may simply log in and change the vehicle details to reflect the license plate you wish to use. Parker's can change license plates at any time during a billing period, and the change is reflected in the enforcement system immediately. Business Account Managers also have the ability to adjust vehicle license plates at their discretion. Failure to update or updating incorrectly will result in enforcement action including citation or immobilization. If a vehicle is immobilized there will be a fee, which will be due from the parker at the time of removal.


Terms of Purchase - Individual Subscription

Monthly parking with Premium Parking operates as a recurring subscription – renewing on the same day each month (i.e. A subscription beginning on 5/3 would renew on 6/3, 7/3, etc.).

By signing up for monthly parking, and agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree to have your monthly parking subscription automatically renew each month. You also agree to have your credit card information stored by our third-party credit card processing provider, Stripe. We do not store any of your financial information – we only store what is needed for account setup (Name, email, license plate, etc.).

Your validation, or ‘parking pass’, is your license plate number. If, for any reason, you need to change the license plate/car associated with your account, simply log in and change the vehicle description to reflect the plate you wish to use. You can change license plates at any time during a billing period, and the change is reflected in the enforcement system immediately.

If, at any time, you would like to cancel your subscription, you may do so with no cancellation fee. 

Upon cancellation of a monthly parking subscription, your renewals will be halted, but you will still have full use of your monthly parking plan until the end of that term period. There are no refunds once a subscription is purchased.

Subscription can't have more than 3 vehicles.

Special events in vicinity may be excluded from parking. A subscription customer will not be permitted to park during large area events.

Terms of Purchase - Reservation

To extend time, if 24 hours in advance, simply make an additional reservation to add to the one already made. If you are already at the lot, you can simply purchase additional time through our website or smart phone app for the time you need. 

If you have an oversized vehicle you are subject to an additional fee of $4-5 upon arrival or exit to the location. The facility has the right to determine what classifies an "oversized" vehicle.

If you have a trailer or large vehicle that you know will need more than one parking spot, all you have to do is purchase an additional (separate) reservation. In this circumstance, please print both confirmation emails and place them on your dashboard. You must pay for every space you will be using in order to be valid. 

Cancellation Policy

  1. A full refund can be given as a credit to your your Premium Account. It will show up in your Premium Wallet and can be used to purchase parking across our locations.
    1. A partial refund can be provided to your original payment method with a processing fee based on time of cancellation.    

            - If the cancellation is five or more days before the reservation, you will be charged a 3% processing fee.

            - If the cancellation is less than five days and more than 48 hours before the reservation start time you will be charged a 10% processing fee.

            - If the cancellation is 48 hours or less before the reservation start time you will be charged a 25% processing fee.

            - No refunds will be granted within 24 hours of the start time of the reservation.

 Refunds are typically visible on statements after 3-5 business days.

Terms of Purchase - Session

All parking must be paid in advance. Your license plate number is the credential that makes your payment valid. Enforcement is provided by a third party vendor which checks the license plates on the location. Vehicles parked or paid for inappropriately will be immobilized or towed. Make sure to complete separate transactions for each occupied space. In addition, even if you can park multiple vehicles in a space (smart car or motorcycle), each must be paid at the full parking rate. Daily parking sessions purchased through the Premium Parking digital machine, website, or mobile app are non refundable after the start time has begun, regardless of your use or non-use of the Session. 

If you park on our unattended lot and retain your car keys, no contract of deposit is created but only one of hiring or letting out of space. We are not responsible for losses resulting from theft, vandalism, or property damage to your vehicle or it's contents. Purchase is not transferable.

Additional Information

User Accounts: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs with respect to your User Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Account and keeping the username and password to your User Account secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use of your User Account. We will not be liable for any costs, losses, claims or damages that you or any third party incur which are directly or indirectly caused by any unauthorized use of your User Account. You agree to never use another party's User Account without such party's express written authorization. Your email address will never be used or sold to third parties. It may be subject to hear from our company about promotional opportunities.

Communications: We use email as our sole and primary method of notification for invoices, payments/cancellations, and location closures. You may hold an account without a valid email address however you will not receive any communications. If, at any time, your email address changes, it is your responsibility to make the necessary adjustments. Failure to receive notifications due to inaccurate contact information is not the responsibility of Premium Parking.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your parking use or Premium Parking Account in the event you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions or if you use Premium Parking services in a fraudulent manner.

  • Customers must park within the parking lines
  • Parking is permitted only in those spaces that are not designated as reserved unless you have paid for a reserved space. If you park in another person's reserved space, you will be immobilized or cited. Repeat occurrences will result in termination of subscription parking privileges and potentially denial of future parking.
  • Subscription parking does not include access to Star Spaces. Anyone parking in a Star Space must pay the appropriate daily rate.
  • We reserve the right close the parking facility at the direction of location owners with/without prior notice.
  • Changes to parking account can be self-managed or must be communicated with acknowledgement prior to parking.
  • Subscription parking privileges do not include storage of any kind. Vehicles are not to be in the garage for longer than 72 hours at a time, violation of this policy may result in the loss of monthly parking privileges and/or towing of the vehicle.
  • We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicle or contents. 

  • We do not take custody of vehicles but only rent space.

***Special Event parking is generally included with your 7-day monthly parking subscription (unless otherwise noted), however it is not guaranteed. If space is not available in your subscribed parking location, please contact Customer Service to find alternative options. If you park in another location without authorization from Customer Service your vehicle is subject to immobilization.
