Mobile Cruise Terminal Parking Info

Welcome to the Mobile Cruise Terminal! To make your parking experience as smooth as possible, we have provided some important information for you to know before you arrive.

Pay in Advance

To avoid long lines, we recommend that you pay for your parking in advance. All cruise parking fees must be paid in full prior to boarding the ship. Your license plate number in our system is your proof of payment. To pre-pay online, please click here and have your license plate number ready.

On-Site Payment Options

If you prefer to pay on-site, we offer several options for your convenience. Simply have your license plate number ready (take a picture of it if you need to) and choose from the following:

- Text to pay: Text the number listed on signage in the garage and follow the quick steps to complete payment.

- Payment kiosk: Located in the elevator lobbies on each floor and the offsite lot. Cash payment is available at all kiosks, but the kiosks do not accept bills larger than $50.00 and exact payment is required.

- Premium Parking mobile app: Download the app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and pay the day of parking instead of using text to pay or a payment kiosk.

- Assistance line: If you forgot to pay or entered the wrong license plate number, call Premium Parking’s 24-hour assistance line at (844) 236-2011.


Regular Size: $21 per day

RVs/Campers: $42 per day

Buses: $63 per day

Please note that any vehicle that can fit into an 8'-6" tall by 8’-6” wide by 16’ long spot is considered regular size. Height-restricted vehicles that can fit into a regular size spot will be directed to offsite parking. All oversize vehicles will be directed to offsite parking.

Parking Procedures

When you arrive, turn right onto Eslava Street and a police officer will direct you into the garage. A stevedore will help you unload and tag your luggage and send it to the ship. Please make sure you have your documents with you at all times - not in your luggage. You will not be allowed into your cabin until 1:30 p.m., so please allow the stevedores to take anything you do not want to carry around the ship with you. Please note that the gates for embarkment do not open until 10:00 AM. Customers are welcome to line up on Old Water Street until these gates open 

You will then be directed to the garage ramp. Remember to pay for parking before boarding the ship. Park and then walk to the glass doors at the north side of the garage (opposite end of where you enter the terminal). Come down the elevator/stairs to the lobby where you will then show your documentation to the employees at the door. Afterwards, you will be directed to the screening area and to the check-in area.
