Refund Policy.

Refund request are not guaranteed to be approved. We will consider all request and notify you by email of the decision within 3-5 business days. Please use the "Refund a Refund" link below to complete the form.

Pay Station.

Many of our locations have onsite pay machines that do not provide change. Submit a request within 15 days and we will gladly refund the difference.



  • Sessions: Daily parking sessions purchased through the Premium Parking digital machine and website are non-refundable after the start time has begun, regardless of your use or non-use of the Session. Exception: If you have two sessions at the same time or if you purchase a new session after entering incorrect information.
  • Reservations: Reservations purchased through the Premium Parking website are fully refundable up to 24 hours before the start of the Reservation, but the method of the refund will vary based on the amount of time. Unfortunately, once within the 24 hours of start time, Reservations are non-refundable, regardless of your use or non-use of the Reservation. Limitation: All 3rd party booked reservations cannot be handled by Premium Parking. You must contact the company for cancellations and/or refunds.
  • Subscriptions: Subscriptions are billed monthly until cancelled. Cancellation must be received prior to renewal. We do not offer prorations for partial months.
  • Annual Pass: Annual passes are billed annually until cancelled. Cancellations must be received prior to renewal.
  • Wallet: Your balance can be used on purchases and will never expire. We'll automatically apply your Wallet Balance to purchases when you checkout. If you would rather not use your balance, you can deselect it in the payment selection step of checkout. Limitations: Your Wallet Balance cannot be redeemed for cash; or returned for a cash refund.


Payment collected by any of our vendors is non-refundable using this refund form. All consideration for refunds must be handled through an appeal

Receiving your refund.

If approved, you will a Premium Wallet refund in 1-3 business days, a credit to your original payment method or PayPal account in 5-7 business days, or receive a check in 7-10 business days. 


Refunds to your Premium Wallet can be used for future parking needs free of charge and will not expire. For cash transactions you may elect to receive a check or electronic PayPal refund. Aa check will be subject to a $5.00 check processing fee.
