Subscriptions automatically renew unless you delete the parker (removes them from the Business Account) OR cancel their subscription renewal. In both of these cases, the subscription will not renew, but the parker's subscription will remain active until the natural end date. If you wish to stop the subscription immediately (so the parker can no longer park), contact your account manager or support@premiumparking.com


To cancel a parker's subscription:

  1. Login to www.premiumparking.com
  2. Select "Manager" on the top-left drop-down to access the Business Account
  3. Select "Products"
  4. Select "Cancel Renew"
  5. Select 'OK' to confirm



This parker's subscription will not renew, but they will still have access until the subscription's natural end date.
