Subscriptions automatically renew unless you delete the parker (removes them from the Business Account) OR cancel their subscription renewal. In both of these cases, the subscription will not renew.
To cancel a parker's subscription:
- Login to www.premiumparking.com
- Select "Business Account" on the top-left drop-down to access the Account
- Select "Products"
- There are two options "Cancel Renew" and "Stop". If you select cancel renew, the subscription will not renew, but the parker's subscription will remain active until the natural end date. Selecting stop will immediately stop the subscription so that the parker can no longer park without risk of enforcement.
