Overview:
If a reservation was purchased without attaching the vehicle license plate, you MUST update/attach a vehicle license plate to the reservation prior to the reservation start time or be at risk of enforcement. If the reservation start time has passed you will need to contact Customer Service prior to parking or make a new reservation and request refund. To modify your reservation (date, time, location) you will need to cancel your existing reservation and make a new one.
There are three primary ways to attach a vehicle to a reservation purchase:
1) Using the Premium Parking app
2) Using the license plate request email (or the purchase receipt) sent from Premium Parking
3) Using the Premium Parking website
1) Using the Premium Parking app
Steps:
- Select Activity
- Select Reservations
- Select the reservation
- Select 'Unknown'
- Select an existing vehicle or use the + sign to add a new vehicle
- Select the back arrow

- Select 'here'
- Enter vehicle details
- Select 'Submit'
