Steps:

  1. Sign in using the group manager email/password at www.premiumparking.com
  2. Confirm you are on the Manager level (Top-left corner should say Manager)
    1. If you do not see the Manager drop-down at the top-left corner, the profile is not setup as a business account group manager. Reach out to support@premiumparking.com with any questions.
  3. Select Members
  4. Select Add Member
  5. Fill out the new member form
    1. Email, first name, last name are required, phone number is optional
    2. Be sure to assign a subscription by selecting 'Assign Subscription'
    3. Tags are additional information that you would like to note about the parker. This is NOT the parker's license plate information.
  6. Select Save
  7. Select Confirm


Once the group manager confirms the information, Premium Parking will automatically email the parker with a link to setup their account, including asking for an account password (if a new account) and license plate. No further action is necessary from the group manager.
