Change Payment Method

If you need to change payment methods on a subscription you will need to change the payment method applied to subscription. If you currently have multiple subscriptions, you may use different payment methods for each. 

Mobile App

Log in using the email address or phone number subscription was purchased using

Click the "Account" icon

Select the product 

Scroll down to payment method and click "Edit"

Select/Add new payment method

Once you click back it will be save.


Log in using the email address or phone number session/reservation was purchased using

Click "Subscriptions" 

Locate the subscription you would like to adjust, Click "Change" next to payment method.

Select the payment method you would like to use

Click "Save"

*If the payment method is not available to select you may click "Payment Methods" on the left of the screen and add the new payment method.
