If you purchased through a digital machine and discover you have entered your license plate incorrectly. If the license plate only has one character incorrect no action is necessary, you will be safe to park. If you have multiple errors or have entered a incorrect vehicle license plate you must contact customer service at 844.236.2011 to make the adjustment prior to leaving your vehicle. Call volume at certain times of day may be high, in which case if you are in a hurry you may purchase a second ticket and apply for a refund online using our refund request form. Refunds can be sent to your Premium Parking Wallet, electronically via PayPal, or by check. Check refunds require additional time for processing.
If you purchased through the Premium Parking App or website you have a 15 minute grace period built in to adjust any mistakes made when purchasing a session. Use the instructions below to edit the license plate.
