Receipt - Reservation



To retrieve or send yourself a receipt from a past/future parking purchase through our mobile app or website follow the following instructions:


Mobile App

  1. Log in using the email address or phone number session/reservation was purchased using
  2. Click "History"
  3. Select "Reservation"
  4. Locate the desired session or reservation
  5. Click "Receipt"
  6. Click "Send"


Website

  1. Log in using the email address or phone number session/reservation was purchased using
  2. Select either "Session" or "Reservation" from the list on left side of screen
  3. Locate the desired session
  4. All sessions purchased will be listed and you may use a screenshot of the information as your receipt
