Once a subscription has begun you cannot alter the start date. If you realized your mistake on the date in which you made the purchase contact email@example.com to make an adjustment to your renewal date. Otherwise you may need to cancel your subscription to purchase the correct start date. To request a refund for the error you will need to complete the refund request form.
Product (upgrade to reserved/change floor)
We currently have some system limitations that do not allow the seamless changes during a current subscription. Our current process includes, cancelling your current subscription, purchasing a new subscription and requesting a partial refund using our refund request form. (http://premiumparking.us/refunds/) Alternatively, you may hit cancel on your current subscription; Then purchase a new subscription to start on your renewal date. Unfortunately, using this option will require you to continue parking on the current floor until the new subscription begins.
Product (change parking locations)
We currently have some system limitations that do not allow the seamless change in parking locations once you have paid for a subscription. If you made the mistake within the last 48 hours, our process includes, cancelling your current subscription, purchasing a new subscription for the desired location and requesting a refund using our refund request form. If 48 hours has passed, we will not be able to process any refunds. In this case you may continue your current subscription and purchase a new subscription on the renewal date.
Vehicle License Plate
To update, add, remove a vehicle license plate on your subscription, you must log in to your profile to make the changes.
