Adjust Subscription
Start Date
Once a subscription has begun you cannot alter the start date. If you realized your mistake on the date in which you made the purchase, please contact support@premiumparking.com to make an adjustment to your renewal date. Otherwise, you may need to cancel your subscription to purchase the correct start date. To request a refund for the error, you will need to complete the refund request form.

Vehicle License Plate
To update, add, remove a vehicle license plate on your subscription, you must log in to your profile to make the changes.
Premium Parking Mobile App
- Open Premium Parking App
- Sign in using your email and password (or phone number if this has been set up)
- Click the "History" icon
- Select the Subscription you would like to change
- Click "Edit"
- To add click the "+" in top left; Make sure the vehicles you would like are checked. (only three license plates may be listed on subscription) To remove uncheck the vehicle. Click back to verify your vehicles are correct.

- Click "Change" next to vehicle license plates
- Add or delete the license plate you would like (up to 3 vehicles can be listed at a time)
- Save
