To modify your license plate prior to arrive, please login to your online profile at www.premiumparking.com and select "reservations" tab. Locate you reservation and click edit. You will be able to modify the information prior to start time. If the reservation start time has passed you will need to contact Customer Service at 1.844.236.2011 prior to parking or make a new reservation and request refund. To modify your reservation (date, time, location) you will need to cancel your existing reservation and make a new one.
To cancel, please login to your online profile at www.premiumparking.com and select the "reservations" tab. Look for your upcoming reservation and select "cancel". If prior to start time, you will receive a refund automatically. Please review our Reservation Refund Policy for details regarding the refund.
To receive a full refund, you must login to your profile and cancel prior to the stated arrival time. Refunds will show on your credit card after 3-5 business days. If the cancellation period has passed, you may complete a refund request form to be reviewed by our office. Please include your reservation confirmation number and any details you may want us to consider.
