Change Payment Method - Subscription

If you need to change payment methods on a subscription you will need to delete your previous payment method from your account and add the new payment method. If you fail to remove the prior payment method and only add an additional payment method, the subscription will renew with the original payment method.

Log in using the email address or phone number subscription was purchased using

Click the "Account" icon on bottom right

Click the payment method selected

Identify the payment method you are attempting to remove and slide finger to the left

Click "Delete"

Click "Add New Card" and add all information

Click "Done"


Log in using the email address or phone number session/reservation was purchased using

Click "Payment Methods" on left side of screen

Locate the payment method that needs to be removed

Click "Delete"

Click "Add Payment Method" and enter payment information

Click "Save"
