Overview

There are three primary ways to confirm you received a Search Validation:

  1. Refund email (or refund text if no email is associated with profile)
  2. Parking activity record on app and website
  3. App push notification (if customer has app installed/logged in)



1. Refund Email

From: Premium Parking Services, L.L.C.

Subject: Your PREMIUM PARKING SERVICE, L.L.C. refund


If you do not have an email associated with your profile, you will not receive an email receipt. Instead, you will receive a text message receipt:




2. Parking Activity Record

The activity record shows the issued validation, including the group that provided it. 



The website will also reflect the validation:




3. App Push Notification

Parkers will instantly receive a push notification after being issued a Search Validation
