1. Sign in using the group manager email/password at
  2. Confirm you are on the Manager level (Top-left corner should say Manager)
    1. If you do not see the Manager drop-down at the top-left corner, the profile is not setup as a business account group manager. Reach out to with any questions.
  3. Select Settings
  4. Locate the group manager you would like to remove and select 'Remove'
  5. Select OK
