- Select 'Search and Validate'
- Using the search bar, enter the vehicle's license plate, the profile email/phone/name, or confirmation number
- Select Validate
- The validating account must have the location enabled in order to validate. For example, if you are permitted to validate at P101, you can only validate vehicles at P101.
- The active session or reservation you are validating must be created by a different account than the account you are validating with.
- Purchases not made through the app, website or TextPay are not able to be validated using this method. Purchases through the machines on the parking facility must be requested using the refund request form.
