1.  Accounts who wish to cancel will use the cancellation form.  You cannot cancel your account verbally by phone or via email notification, no exceptions. We only accept cancellation notices via the cancellation form. Cancellation notice may be given through our website as well as faxed, emailed, mailed, or hand delivered to our main office.

  2. All cancellations must be received by the 20th of the month.  Refunds will not be granted once a payment has been processed for the upcoming month.  Your parking credential will be deactivated on the cancellation date.

  3. Cancellations are normally processed within 24-48 hours. If applicable, Access card refunds are issued via check to the listed account name; note: we will not issue checks to individuals parking under a business account.
