  1. Before completing the cancellation request, please review our Cancellation Policy.

  2. Log in to the Parking Account Manager (PAM) with your email address and Account Number given to you during the initial set up of your parking account.
  3. Once logged in, select "Cancel Account" on the right of the screen and complete the required fields and click "Submit Cancellation".

*Cancellations must be submitted by the 20th of the month. Accounts cannot be canceled verbally or by email. Refunds will not be granted once a payment has been processed for the upcoming month.
