How to cancel your monthly parking account:
Thank you for parking with us. We regret that you have decided to cancel your account. If there is anything we can do to change your mind or fix a issue, please reply to this email or call us at (844) 236-2011.
Before completing the cancellation request, please review our Cancellation Policy.
- Log in to the Parking Account Manager (PAM) with your email address and Account Number given to you during the initial set up of your parking account.
- Once logged in, select "Cancel Account" on the right of the screen and complete the required fields and click "Submit Cancellation".
*Cancellations must be submitted by the 20th of the month. Accounts cannot be canceled verbally or by email. Refunds will not be granted once a payment has been processed for the upcoming month.
