MODIFY

To modify your existing reservation (license plate number, times, etc.) you will need to cancel your existing reservation and make a new one.


CANCEL

To cancel, respond to your reservation confirmation email OR send an email to support@premiumparking.com including Reservation Number and last 4 digits of the credit card used.


RESERVATION REFUND
To receive a full refund, we must receive your cancellation request at least 24 hours prior to the stated arrival time. For reservations greater than 24 hours, this policy applies to each 24 hour period of the reservation. Multi-day reservations that cancel after the allowed time will be charged based on time used and the 24 hour cancellation policy. Refunds will show on your credit card after 3-5 business days.
