To modify your license plate prior to arrive, please login to your online profile at and select "reservations" tab. Locate you reservation and click edit. You will be able to modify the information prior to start time. If the reservation start time has passed you will need to contact Customer Service prior to parking or make a new reservation and request refund. To modify your reservation (date, time, location) you will need to cancel your existing reservation and make a new one. 


To cancel, please login to your online profile at and select the "reservations" tab.  Look for your upcoming reservation and select "cancel".  If 24 hours before the start time, you will receive a full refund automatically.  

To receive a full refund, you must login to your profile and cancel 24 hours prior to the stated arrival time. Refunds will show on your credit card after 3-5 business days. If the cancellation period has passed, you may complete a refund request form to be reviewed by our office.  Please include your reservation confirmation number and any additional details you may want us to consider.
