To modify your existing reservation (license plate number, times, etc.) you will need to cancel your existing reservation and make a new one.
To cancel, please login to your online profile at www.premiumparking.com and select the "reservations" tab. Look for your upcoming reservation and select "cancel". If before the start time, you will receive a full refund automatically. This cancel option will not be available after the start time.
To receive a full refund, you must login to your profile and cancel prior to the stated arrival time. For extinuating circumstances you may email email@example.com with a request to cancel. Please include your reservation confirmation number. Multi-day reservations that cancel after the allowed time will be charged based on time used and the 24 hour cancellation policy. Refunds will show on your credit card after 3-5 business days.
