Receipts are generated and sent to your account's email address upon purchase. In the event that you need additional copies of a receipt, please follow these steps:


  1. Login to the Premium Parking app
  2. Select History
  3. Select the type of purchase: session, reservation, or subscription
  4. Select Send (If you are logged in using a mobile number, you must enter your email before sending)


Notes: 

  • If you cannot find your receipt after following these steps, please try logging in with your mobile number. Receipts are accessible only by the account that created the transaction, which might be your mobile number if you used TextPay.
  • If you purchased from a machine on the lot/garage, please email support@premiumparking.com and they will send you a copy of your receipt
  • Third party reservations (ex: Spot Hero) receipts must be requested from the company you purchased from
  • If you are logged in using a mobile number, you must enter your email before sending the receipt





To save a receipt as a PDF:

  • Outlook
  • Gmail
    1. Open email
    2. Select the 3 dot icon (or use control+P and skip to step 4)
    3. Select Print
    4. As the Destination, set it to "Save as PDF"
    5. Select Save
    6. Choose where to save the file
    7. Select Save
