Cruise Terminal Reservation - Cancellation


Cruise terminal reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to start time. Cancellations after that period has passed must complete the refund request form. Once you have completed the form you must contact Carnival Cruise line to provide you with the cancellation email. Once you have received the cancellation email from Carnival you must email support@premiumparking.com with the attachment. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any Cruise Terminal Reservations without the proper documentation from the Cruise Line. Additionally, please review our reservation cancellation policy for any fees that may apply to the cancellation.
