Mardi Gras 2017 Insurance Requirements


***IF you are just renting a space to park an RV and NOTHING else please provide us with your proof of auto RV insurance.  That is sufficient and you may disregard below:


It is a requirement of Premium Parking Service, LLC, that all renters that intend to perform any work of any kind or rent spaces at a parking facility, MUST provide an updated certificate of insurance to the management office. 


This Mardi Gras proposal on the goods named, subject to the conditions noted below:

(1.) Premium Parking Service shall provide the parking location(s).

(2.) Premium Parking Service insurance coverage shall consist of One Million Comprehensive General Liability and Four Million Excess Umbrella Policy and Worker’s Compensation to Louisiana statutory limits. 

(3.) Vendee shall provide Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Premium Parking Service and owner(s) of parking location(s) as additional insured  listed Below.* Certificate MUST be received prior to start of rental.

(4.) Vendee shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Premium Parking Service as well as owner(s) of parking locations listed below* to the extent that any damage or injury arises from the actions of Vendee.  Vendor shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vendee to the extent that any damage or injury arises from the actions of Vendor and owner(s).  

(5.) All contractors, subcontractors, vendors, etc. shall provide Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Premium Parking Service as additional insured and shall defend, indemnity and hold harmless Premium Parking Service as well as owner(s) of parking location(s).  Listed Below.* One Million Comprehensive General Liability 

(6.) Vendee is responsible for the cleanup and all damages to the parking location(s) occurred during the time of property rental to the extent that same is caused by the action of Vendee.

(7.) Vendee shall add Premium Parking and Owners as additionally insured as well as waiver of subrogation in favor of Premium Parking and Owners.
