If you are experiencing an issue with your iOS app we apologize.  Please try the following to help resolve:


  • Close the app completely and re-open it.
  • If you are an existing user, try signing out and signing back into the app.
  • Last, make sure you have the latest version downloaded from the app store HERE


If none of the above seems to resolve please email marketing@premiumparking.com with your type of phone, operating system, and describe your issue with any detail you can provide (error message given, strange behavior, crash, etc..)   We will be happy to investigate further.
